- JAG on Gee: ACLU Membership Raises Red Flag - JAG President, Phillip L. Jauregui stated: "No organization has done more over the last 40 years to pervert the role of the judiciary than the ACLU. Dolly Gee held membership with the ACLU for a decade, and her membership raises a huge red flag. If Ms. Gee believes, as does the ACLU, that the judiciary should make legislative decisions and re-define the meaning of the written laws and Constitutions, then Ms. Gee is unfit to serve as an Article III judge. If Ms. Gee views her proposed role in the judiciary as an opportunity to take this country in a direction that is not supported by the People and their laws and Constitutions, then she fails to understand the honorable role of the judiciary, and she should withdraw her name as an appointee to the federal court."
